Buy Nintendo DSi

I’m not what you’d call a typical gamer. I’m over the age of thirty, female, and have a professional job. I’ve never really been into games and didn’t play many video games when I was young. A few years ago, however, my sister-in-law showed me her Nintendo Gameboy and all that it could do. I was sort of intrigued and suddenly ideas of when I could use the Gameboy started coming into my mind. For instance, I knew that I could use a Gameboy whenever I was commuting on the train, and that it would be great fun if I were waiting for a meeting to start at work.

It wasn’t until the Nintendo DS came out, however, that I actually purchased a Nintendo product. I knew that it would be the perfect game that I could take around and tuck easily into my purse for use whenever I was bored or had a few moments. I didn’t realize how addictive it would get. I found myself playing not only brain games, but games that my pre-teen son enjoyed playing as well.

Buying the Nintendo DSi

I’m now planning to buy a Nintendo DSi as soon as it becomes available to purchase. This was actually something that I didn’t even have to think twice about. The DSi system is so much like the original DS that I have that it will be easy to slide it into my daily activities, and yet it has tons of little features that I’ve been looking for, like the ability to browse the internet.

In my job, I have to browse the internet a lot. I do have a smart phone, but, and I’ll probably get thrown out of the professional business person club for saying this, I really don’t care for it. I hate that I have to drag it out and get it set up in order to look online. The DSi, however, has a much easier access – or so it looks to – which means that I can go from playing a game to hitting the internet on the system to find something that I need.

I haven’t decided when I will buy Nintendo DSi. I’m not sure if I’ll buy it right when it comes out, or if I’ll wait for a few months to make sure that there are games that I’ll enjoy. I do know, however, that I’ll make sure to get it online, because I have always found a much better deal on electronics online than I have in stores.

I am also hoping to come back and do a Nintendo DSi review, because I feel so strongly that Nintendo products are overlooked by most adults. They believe them to be products that are designed for children, but in fact most of them start looking for where to get it for their children and wind up purchasing a system for themselves, once they discover everything that it can do.
